Robert Kaye is practising barrister and is also on the board of a number of ASX listed companies. He is chairman of Collins Foods Limited and Spicers Limited and a non-executive director of Magontec Limited.
In 1978, Robert was admitted to legal practice and prior to this, was employed as a solicitor at Allen Allen & Hemsley. Thereafter, he pursued his legal career at the NSW Bar and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2003, practising in commercial law. He has been extensively involved in an array of commercial matters both advisory and litigious in nature and served on a number of NSW Bar Association committees including the Professional Conduct Committee.
Robert Kaye is Chair of the Foundation's board and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
